The TOU was updated 10-01-15 and can change at any time without notice.  You should review the TOU each time you visit the website. For purposes of the TOU: the term "website" means all past, present or future content of the website, email server, and database server, regardless whether active online or not, and currently registered under the domain names of: RolandVaults.com; Roland-Vaults.com; RolandVaultsAndCremation.com; and RolandVaultsCremation.com. The website is owned by Roland Vaults, Limited, and the terms "we," "our," and "us," mean Roland Vaults, Limited, and when applicable, its web designer, Ahoy Webby, LLC.  The term "Wilbert" means Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc.  The term "Trigard" means Trigard Burial Vaults, Greenwood Plastics Company.

At any time we can and may make changes to any aspect of the website, including, but not limited to any feature, functionality or content.  We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete anything appearing on the website. We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the TOU and to take any action deemed appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other parties and disclosing anything necessary or appropriate as it relates to such activity.  Our aggregate liability, along with that of any affiliated party for any claim arising out of or relating to the website shall not exceed one hundred (U.S. $100) dollars and that amount shall be in lieu of all other remedies which you may have against us and/or any affiliated party.

The TOU shall be treated as though it were executed in the city of Norfolk, Virginia, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to conflict of law principles.  Any cause of action by you with respect to the website must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in the TOU. Should any part of the TOU be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed as much as possible to be consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.  To the extent that anything in or associated with the website is in conflict or inconsistent with the TOU, the TOU shall take precedence. Failure by the us to enforce any provision of the TOU shall not be deemed a waiver of the provision nor of the right to enforce the provision. All our rights under the TOU shall survive any termination of this TOU agreement.
